Onboard in 24 hrs
MC, insurance, W-9, and your lane preferences. Then you are live on the board.

First load
We send you the rate, miles, and deadhead. You say yes or no. Rate con before booking.

Weekly report
Every week: loads, gross, our fee, and what is in the pipeline.
The details
What happens at each step
1. Apply
- Fill out the form at onnixlogistics.com/apply. Five minutes on your phone.
- We call or text within 24 hours. If we are not a fit, we tell you straight.
2. Onboard in 24 hours
- We need: MC authority, certificate of insurance, W-9, and a signed dispatch agreement.
- You tell us lanes, home time, minimum rate per mile, and anything you will not haul.
- Documents go to Proton Drive. Nothing is stored on this website.
3. First load
- We work the board and send you options: rate, loaded miles, deadhead, pickup and delivery windows.
- You say yes or no. We never book without your approval.
- Rate confirmation is in your hands before the load is booked. No verbal agreements.
- Every broker is vetted every time: authority active, credit score, days to pay, and claims history.
4. Weekly report
- Every week you get one page: loads run, linehaul gross, our fee, and what is lined up next.
- Invoices are flat and published. $200/wk + 3% of linehaul gross on the Standard plan.
- 7-day written notice to cancel. No term, no exit fee.
